We are Maintenance Etc. A family run business that offers the highest quality, friendly and efficient service using a variety of skills gained from 30+ years in the building and maintenance industry.

Our aim is to provide a variety of property maintenance and handyman services, including, but not limited to- general repairs, maintenance, carpentry and plumbing. There is no job too big or small, working on domestic properties, through to Care Homes and Offices.

Maintenance Etc. was set up to enable us to provide the highest quality and efficient property maintenance and handyman services in our local areas, Shoeburyness, Thorpe bay, Southchurch, Southend-on-Sea, Westcliff, Hadleigh and Benfleet.

 

Through our experiences of working for other companies over the years, it became apparent that the leading companies were not offering the exceptional service advertised, whilst still charging a premium. The communication and time keeping lacked, whilst the main focus was rushing through the work.

 

This is where the opportunity arose and we decided to fill the gap. Our family are passionate about what we do, with Sam focusing on Customer Service, marketing and all things customer based and Mike focusing on the work as the multi tradesman, with extensive experience across the board.
