Yes. Our service can provide additional reassurance for family members who aren't able to visit their loved one as often as they would like.We can arrange regular visits at an agreed time, allowing you to know that someone familiar is visiting and helping to keep on top of those little jobs around the home.

For a fixed fee of £50, you are able to scheduled for a routine date and time that suits, were you can rest assured knowing that the same, friendly, reliable face will arrive for one hour to carry out any required property maintenance and handyman services.This could be weekly, two weekly, monthly or quarterly, depending on what is best suited to your needs.

Our elderly home maintenance service is £50 per visit.This covers up to one hour of labour. Materials and any additional work are not included in the standard visit price.If a job requires additional time or materials, we will provide a quote before carrying out the additional work.

No. There is no fixed or rolling contract.You can pause or cancel the service when you need to, giving you flexibility as circumstances change.

If a job cannot reasonably be completed within the allocated visit, we will discuss this with you.Where additional time or materials are required, we will provide a quote before any additional work is agreed or carried out.

Materials aren't included in the £50 visit price.If materials are required, we will let you know and provide a quote before proceeding.

Yes. Our team members are DBS checked.We also have relevant training and qualifications including Advanced First Aid, Fire Safety, Safeguarding Level 2, Manual Handling and Working Safely, as well as training relating to supporting customers with dementia and communicating with older people.
