Who are Maintenance Etc.
Maintenance Etc. is a family operated property maintenance business, built with the sole purpose to remove 'worry' from, "I'm worried about mum living on her own".
As a family ourselves, we have lived with that concern and decided it was time to do something about that.
We have carefully crafted an elderly home maintenance handyman service allowing us to aid independent living, by provide regular, scheduled home visits to elderly individuals, keeping their home safe, comfortable and cared for.
Step one - A free meet and greet will be carried out by a member of our team, to introduce themselves, explain our services and discuss how we are able to help.
Step two - If you wish to proceed with our services, we will schedule a date and time that suits you or your relatives needs for their first visit.
Step three - Our team will arrive at the agreed time and will carry out the works agreed.
With our services, there is no fixed contract so you can rest assured that you are able to cancel or pause as and when you please.
How does it work?
What services can you provide?
Our team members are skilled individuals who are able to carry out a wide range of handyman and property maintenance services to help around the house.
From checking your smoke alarms, changing lightbulbs, sorting the stiff door handle, fitting key boxes, to even de-weeding your drive.
For us, no job is too small, as we know how the little jobs can build up when you are stuck at home seeing them every day.
We see ourselves as more than just handymen, we see ourselves as companions, someone who will make you a cup of tea, listen to your needs and carry out whatever works will make your life more comfortable and most of all, keep you safe in your home.
If the works specified require more time than the allocated slot, or/and materials, a quote will be provided and booked in for an alternative date if approved.

For £50 per month (cancel at any time) you can rest assured knowing that a trained member of our team will visit you or your loved one at the time and date specified to carry out the jobs that you require.
